McGraw Hill Education is looking for a someone who is both detail oriented and customer focused to join our team in the role of a Sales Associate. In this role, you will assist and help support field based Learning Technology Representatives with generating sales leads. Partnering with the Learning Technology Representative to help instructors make selections of their course material. Assist the Learning Technology Representatives in implementing strategies to win, maintain and grow business.
Our Higher Education team delivers powerful platforms, highly personalized course materials, and effective learning supplements to help students achieve their goals at every stage of their academic and professional careers.
Your contribution to the team includes:
- Make outbound sales calls to higher education professors in partnership with the field based Learning Technology Representative
- Perform daily, weekly and seasonal planning in partnership with field based Learning Technology Representative
- Perform webinars to demonstrate McGraw-Hill’s digital product
- Perform other assignments or duties as required

Sales Associate must have strong organizational, communication and analytical skills, in addition to strong customer service skills experience and excellent attention to detail. Candidates who have the combined desire to work flexible hours, multi-task and demonstrate business acumen are most likely to succeed in this role.
