We have an opening for an experienced, innovative, strategic Online Implementation Coordinator able to work remotely from Ohio, Texas or in our Blacklick, OH office. Does this sound like you?


Reporting to the Order Management Supervisor, the Online Implementation Coordinator will be responsible for researching and creating license details in our various access management systems, sending welcome emails to customers with platform access information, completing order details and answering customer inquiries during or after activation concerning licensing, start/end dates and access status via utilizing oral and written communication. 


Your contribution to the team includes:

  • Creates accounts and notifies customers of licensing availability with SFDC
  • Updates contracts with end-user information and start dates to activate order for invoicing
  • Provide customer support regarding account set-up and license use inquiries
  • Identify renewal/expansion/software issues – escalate to appropriate area
  • Maintain/develop process flows for new/existing products as assigned
  • Participates in testing new systems and applications as assigned
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators and quality metrics
  • Trouble shoot and provide customer support about registration, licensing, account expiration dates, and additional services
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Cross train and sustain skills to support other areas

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Proven customer service/support experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent experience required
  • Oracle/OKS knowledge preferred
  • Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley regulations preferred
  • College degree or equivalent experience a plus
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong multi-tasking ability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload
  • Excellent follow-up skills
